In winter, you can lace up your long-distance skates for a ride in the winter sun. In the area there is a jetty with seating to enjoy the sea. For those interested in boating, Svinninge Marina is in the immediate area and there is also a beach. In addition to water, there are nice walking paths and proximity to the forest.

In the area there are three playgrounds, a pump track/bike park and an outdoor gym. The Greenhouse preschool is a stone’s throw away and a primary school is planned to be built in the area. For additional preschools and schools, Fredsborg is a short distance away by car. The nearest range of services can be found at Pilstugetorget with Stora Coop, Ica Maxi, pharmacies and restaurants.

Within walking distance there is a bus stop where bus 683 goes to Åkersberga center or Kulla crossroads. To Kulla crossroads it takes about 10 minutes by car where there is a drive-in parking lot and then take the bus towards Stockholm or Vaxholm. Roslagsbanan’s train station Täljö or Åkers Runö towards Östra station/Tekniska högskolan can be reached within a short cycling distance.
